Coming soon in Chêne-Bougeries, this project shows what Maisons du Léman does in its most exacting register.

In one of the most sought-after residential communes on Geneva's left bank, these two high-specification twin villas offer a rare setting, bringing together contemporary architecture, a complete set of amenities and energy performance, within 1'129 m² of landscaped grounds.

Designed as mirror images, they unfold across three levels in an architecture of curved, uncluttered lines. A cantilevered roof, wide glazing and rounded terraces open onto a wooded garden, creating a close relationship between inside and out.
